Kieran Bass – Technical Director
Kieran is a Chartered Engineer, with over 15 years’ experience in the management of process and engineering design, and engineering management systems. As Senior Executive, he ensures all the business objectives, policies, procedures and directives associated with technical and engineering standards are met. This is a key leadership role, in respect to striving towards world-class, innovative engineered solutions, with the needs of customers at its heart. He is involved in all aspects of process engineering, including personally carrying out design work when appropriate, in order to produce robust, fully-integrated and functional processes for the projects being undertaken by the company. Kieran is also responsible for coordinating and operating project commissioning and training plans and managing resources to undertake commissioning activities. Chartered Engineer (C. Eng), MSc Water and Wastewater Technologies (Cranfield).
Wayne Powell – Sales & Business Development Manager
Wayne has over 25 years’ experience in a customer facing environment, with the second half of that time spent within the water industry. As part of the Leadership team he is involved in all aspects of Key Account Management, Business Development, Marketing and business planning with client/supplier communications also featuring extensively. With internal collaboration he is integral to developing a strategy for future growth for the whole business, whilst maintaining the current partnerships we have from a client and supplier perspective.
His role is to identify opportunities early and work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure a continuity of work for the current resource level whilst also identifying and developing opportunities for future growth. This involves face to face and virtual customer interactions, training and product exposure of our range of tertiary and water treatment solutions. Also, attending conferences, seminars and exhibitions to connect with decision makers and industry pioneers to make sure we are growing in the right areas whilst also being competitive with our products and services.
