We think it’s important to take a stand on issues to support our business and that’s why we believe we have a responsibility to advocate policies that support not only the health of our business, but of our employees and communities. The documents below outline our view on a variety of issues ranging from our support for global human rights to ensure our employees and suppliers are fairly treated, to the need to address climate change.

Quality Assurance

We operate a Quality Management System in accordance with the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001:2008 whereby we recognise the contribution that all employees, suppliers and sub-contractors make to quality. We provide the necessary information, resources and training to enable them to achieve, maintain and continually improve the management system. Our Quality Management System and Policies are understood, implemented, reviewed, and evaluated periodically and systematically.

Health & Safety

Health, Safety and welfare ranks high on the agenda of the company, and we see an outstanding Health and Safety record as part of our overall quest for business excellence and sound corporate risk management. It is therefore our aim to achieve a working environment that is free of work related accidents and ill health. It is to this end that we will pursue a strategy of continuous improvement and achieving accreditation to BS EN ISO 18001:2007.


We are committed to promoting and maximising the use of recycled materials in our products and to reducing the environmental impact of processing and handling those recycled materials. We seek continuous improvement in the management and implementation of our business activities with regards to environmental impact and we operate in compliance with BS EN ISO 14001:200

Carbon Reduction

We are committed to reducing our Carbon Impact and are currently working towards achieving CEMARS [BS EN ISO14064-1] compliance. The management of our carbon emissions is a long term commitment and supports our beliefs of making tomorrow a better place. We are dedicated to reducing our carbon footprint so we work with our clients and supply chain partners to achieve sustainable working environments and support sustainability innovations.

Our Procurement objectives are to balance economic objectives with social and environmental stewardship. In order to meet these we shall engage the support of our supply chain and work collaboratively to provide whole life cost-effective solutions that are aligned to our sustainability objectives and that of our customers and other priority stakeholders.
