We recognise the importance of reducing the carbon footprint associated with construction projects. We actively promote the use of off-site fabricated modules, which we facilitate by utilising our fabrication and engineering workshop. This provides 9,000 ft² of internal manufacturing area and 17,000 ft² of secure external storage area. Off-site fabricated modules not only reduce embodied carbon but can significantly reduce on-site construction programmes. Our workshop is fully fitted out with overhead cranes, centre lathes, brake presses, pillar drills, guillotines, bandsaws, and vertical milling machines which provide us with the flexibility to fabricate everything that we require in an efficient and effective manner. Using carbon steel, aluminum or 316/304 stainless steel, we are also able to provide a complete metalwork fabrication service which includes the production of emergency component parts or the planned fabrication of a complete turnkey solution. Our experienced and fully trained workforce provide a diverse range of products from structural steelwork, sheet metalwork, bespoke fabrication and architectural metalwork at our workshop or on-site as required.
