FLI Water provides engineering services & process technologies to the water & waste water utilities, food & beverage, and industrial process companies in the United Kingdom and Ireland. We offer a single source for the project management, design, supply, manufacture, testing, installation and commissioning of Metalwork fabrication, M&E installation, Water and waste water treatment plants, Fine bubble aeration, Ultraviolet disinfection and Hydro turbine generation.

Design Services
We provide a turnkey multidisciplinary design service aimed at improving Health & Safety, raising Quality, and reducing Environment impact. Our experienced mechanical, electrical, civil and process engineers aim to provide all-inclusive design solutions that reflect an understanding of the full project lifecycle.
We promote the use of Building Information Modelling (BIM) to develop concepts so that stakeholders can understand all of the construction and operational aspects. BIM enables our engineers to develop ‘Build off site’ modules which reduces Project timescales and provides a lower carbon footprint.
Supply Chain

Off Site Fabrication
We recognise the importance of reducing the carbon footprint associated with construction projects. Therefore we actively promote the use of Off-Site fabricated modules, which we are able to facilitate by utilising our fabrication and engineering workshop. This provides 9,000 ft² of internal manufacturing area and 17,000 ft² of secure external storage area. Off-Site fabricated modules not only reduce embodied carbon, but can significantly reduce on-site construction programmes.
Construction Delivery
We provide mechanical, electrical, civil and process engineering services for the safe and efficient construction of either standalone or integrated projects, whereby we are able to act as CDM Principal Contractor or as a sub-contractor. Our workforce is trained to Nationally recognised standards such as Construction Skills Certification Scheme [CSCS], Safety Health and Environmental Awareness [SHEA], National Water Hygiene [EUSR], and City & Guilds Confined Space.
Commissioning
Our commissioning capability ensures that our process treatment plants are put into service, so that operational costs are optimised from the outset, whilst ensuring process performance. Operator training is an integral requirement, to ensure the continual performance of any process treatment plant. Therefore we provide certificated training programmes, which include modules for process theory and practical demonstration.
